Chromogenic assay for the quantitative determination of the anti-Xa activity.
This assay is proposed for the quantitative determination of heparin and theirs analogs as well as direct Factor Xa inhibitors such as Rivaroxaban, Apixaban and Edoxaban.
The assay can be made specific for the determination of DOAC’s by changing the NaCl buffer for the heparin neutralizing buffer (AR032A/K).
