Sandwich ELISA assay for the measurement of IgM isotype auto antibodies targeted against Annexin V. Assay designed with highly purified human recombinant protein Annexin V, obtained with non-denaturing methods, for autoantibody immunocapture. These are then revealed with a goat antibody specific for IgM, u fragments, and labeled with peroxidase.
