Sandwich ELISA assay for the measurement of DDimer in human plasma. Assay designed with two Murine monoclonal antibodies, the first one highly specific for human DDimer, is used for coating the ELISA plate and the second one, conjugated with a Horse Radish Peroxidase (HRP) marker.
Available controls: High Positive D-Dimer Control Plasma, Low positive DDimer Control Plasma and Negative D-Dimer Control Plasma
