This Factor VIII test Kit can be used for potency determination according to the European Pharmacopoeia (Ph. Eur.) chapter 2.7.4 Assay of human coagulation for factor VIII concentrate testing. This kit makes use of human factors but in certain cases it is recommended to use this kit in combination with bovine Factor X which is also available.
